About the Team

Your Main Responsibilities

• Ensure the continuity of return processes by verifying customer information.
• Oversee and maintain the quality control of products arriving at the warehouse from customers.
• Manage cargo processes efficiently.
• Handle the IT ticketing system related to warehouse operations.
• Assess and ensure the process quality of warehouse workers.
• Evaluate authorization needs on the third-party logistics (3PL) side and assign necessary permissions to users.
• Analyze damaged products and manage the return processes for these items.
• Track return KPIs, including dock-to-stock times, service level agreements (SLAs), and timely refunds.



Qualities We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in warehouse logistics operations.
• Experience in e-commerce logistics is a plus.
• Customer and result-oriented approach.
• Analytical mindset.
• Strong coordination and communication skills, quality-oriented, solution-minded, and excellent planning abilities.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
