About this role
We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to provide assistance for accounting and real estate management software applications. This role focuses on resolving user issues, ensuring compliance, and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to user requests for assistance with accounting and real estate management software.
- Document reported issues, resolutions, or other actions in an incident management system.
- Resolve basic software support requests and escalate more complex issues as needed.
- Conduct security and data reviews to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
- Support internal and client projects as directed by the supervisor.
- Contribute to process improvement efforts based on recurring client issues.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
