Fleet manager

We represent several food delivery fleets operating in Romania with over 400 couriers employees.

The courier teams consists of citizens from Asia (Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka) and Africa (Nigeria, Cameroon).

 The position we offer consists in the supervision, coordination and efficiency of the work of the couriers in the teams. (the candidate must coordinate 20-40 couriers)

The candidate must know English well, have a driver's license, have knowledge of PC operation, to have management skills. Experience in a delivery application (Bolt Food, Glovo, etc.) is important for understanding the working methods. Candidates who do not have experience with these applications are also accepted, but in this case they will have to actually work as a courier in order to gain the necessary knowledge to operate the applications.

Salary and benefits offered:

1. sponsoring the obtaining of the employment permit

2. sponsorship obtaining a residence permit

3. accommodation in single room or double room conditions

4. car or scooter provided

5. salary package starting from 700 usd + accommodation. Performance bonuses will be offered.
