Air Freight Forwarder

An established leader in the Transport & Logistics industry, with over 30 years of experience, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Air Freight Forwarder. Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the air freight shipment process.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and carriers to ensure efficient and timely transportation.
• Arrange logistics services tailored to the specific needs of each shipment.
• Prepare and handle documentation for air freight shipments, ensuring compliance with international trade and customs regulations.
• Monitor shipments, track progress, and resolve any delays or issues to meet delivery timelines.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance the freight forwarding process.
• Work collaboratively with logistics team members to optimize supply chain efficiency and operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in air freight forwarding.
• Proficiency in both Romanian and English.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong interpersonal, persuasive, and communication abilities.
• A customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail, coupled with strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
